About
Originally born in Invercargill, New Zealand, I am a ceramic artist now living and working in Ireland. My work explores the ceramic form as a way of archiving memory. I work primarily in porcelain, and regularly use the naked raku firing method to achieve a marble-like finish to unglazed work.
A former committee member of Ceramics Ireland for nine years, I am a registered Craftsperson with the Design & Crafts Council of Ireland and the Design Directory Ireland. I hold a Higher Diploma in Fine Arts from Bray Institute of Further Education (2011).
